From ideas to action: What came out of the 2025 SEQFNHE Conference?

Last year, the SEQ First Nations Health Equity In Action Conference brought together partners from across South East Queensland to workshop and collaborate on efforts to Close the Gap and achieve health equity.

Through a series of focused workshops, participants moved beyond discussion to identify practical opportunities, actions and priorities across a range of areas. As we get ready for the 2026 SEQ First Nations Health Equity in Action Conference, it’s a great chance to look back at what participants identified in 2025 – and to spark excitement for how we can continue to grow, strengthen and translate this collaboration into action and outcomes for our Mob.
